SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Dr. Chinmaya Kumar Sahoo obtained B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BPUT, Odisha in 2007. He has completed his M.Tech with specialization in Production Engineering from VSSUT, Bula in 2010. After completing the master degree, he joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at GHITM, Puri, India and served for about 2.2 years. He has acquired his Ph.D. from NIT Rourkela in the year of 2017 in the research area concerning the development of TiC based wear resistant composite coating on AISI 304 steel. Dr. Sahoo worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical engineering at KIIT deemed to be University for one year, and he has joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering NIT Silchar in July 2018.
