SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Dr. P. K. Patowari obtained B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Itanagar in 1994, M.Prod.E. in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 1999, and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur in 2008. He has joined as faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar in 1995 and presently serves as Associate Professor. He is the life member of professional bodies like Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and Institute of Smart Structures and Systems (ISSS).
